Service Promise
As a client, you will work with a GrowFARM coach. Your coach is responsible for helping you derive the most value you can from the GrowFARM System. You will receive:
- Step by Step training to help you to operate:
- The live Online Business Analysis System, and
- The software for coding and managing bank transactions.
- Help to progress through the 4 levels of the GrowFARM Client Growth Process
- Ongoing guidance in driving your own business to achieve great results from confident decision making.
- Regular and flexible coaching/mentoring sessions – maximum of 2 hours per month as agreed between you and your coach.
- Facilitated meetings:
- 2 on-farm visits per year.
- 2 scheduled client group meetings per year (plus an optional Annual Conference at an extra charge).
- Encouragement to form or become part of regional mastermind groups with other GrowFARM clients, run by the clients.
Extra optional services are available and are charged for e.g. Annual Conference, extra coaching time, extra visits, help with finance proposals, etc.
