“No man is an island” or so the saying goes! Actually it is true. Great success in any calling has only been achieved through the organised co-operation of two or more people, in a spirit of harmony of purpose. The term of “a self-made person” is a misnomer.
The GrowFARM System is supported by and founded on a vibrant culture between all members of the GrowFARM team – namely GrowFARM owners and staff, clients and their teams and preferred Farm Business professionals. What is this culture all about and what are the benefits? Read on!
What is the GrowFARM culture all about?
At GrowFARM, we recognise that to step up and deliver the results that they really want, each individual can and must take responsibility for their own lives, decisions and actions. We also respect that each individual has the ability to achieve what they really want, if they want it badly enough. Consequently, our team demands growth and excellence of themselves through learning, taking action and contributing to each others success in a spirit of harmony. This is the central theme of a “Mastermind” group. Each member synergises with the team and receives benefits they never would have on their own.
A small group of carefully selected preferred Farm Business professionals can be recommended to clients if they need those services. We know that these professionals are on the GrowFARM wavelength and that they will provide phenomenal service to our clients.
What are the benefits of that culture?
If you participate and contribute to the best of your ability, the following can be taken as given:
What do I need to do if I am part of the culture?
To get the most from the GrowFARM client culture, you must be willing to define what is most important to you, even if you have no idea what it is just yet. You must also have a desire to achieve what is most important to you, even if it is well beyond your current position or results and you don’t know how. You must also be prepared to learn and do what it takes to achieve what is most important to you, simply because it is more important than anything else!
We organise 2 rounds of Regional Mastermind Meetings (RMMs) on a client’s farm either side of spring as well as an annual conference. It is vital to attend these to keep plugged in to the culture. We suggest that you bring your questions along to search for answers and set the Mastermind concept in action. Contribution to the team in terms of knowledge, techniques, encouragement and hosting of RMMs is all part of the culture.
