If there is one thing that is certain in farming, it is uncertainty. Farming seems to be clogged up with uncertainty and that doesn’t help farmers enjoy their efforts or the rewards from it – if there are any!
Brendon Walsh, Managing Director of GrowFARM, believes it doesn’t have to be this way. “As farmers we have a choice – accept the status quo, or go about creating our business and lives as we really want them to be. There will always be variability in any industry but as Farm Business Owners, we need to lead our businesses forward by learning how to read the underling patterns, set the plans and then go out and nail the results.”
Brendon and his wife Kara, have created GrowFARM, a business coaching and analysis system for drystock Farm Business Owners, to help them create excellence in their businesses. It just takes a big desire and a willingness to get started. I know that anyone can achieve what they really want, if they want it bad enough.”
