• Grew up on a King Country Sheep and Beef farm.
• Bachelor of Agriculture degree - Massey, Palmerston North, NZ.
• 12 Years customer service experience in a variety of fields including travel, education, outdoor adventure guiding, insurance.
• 7 years Farm Business Coaching experience New Zealand wide, 12 Years sports team and individual coaching experience, 9 Years personal coaching experience.
• Played key roles in developing and driving coaching systems and service delivery in Farm Business Coaching.
• Responsible for developing a unique client culture and facilitating large changes in the personal and business results of farm business clients.
• Trainer experience in all previous roles including collection and recording of data, analysis of farm physical and financial results, effectively building and operating efficient systems, computer use for specific tasks, physical techniques (e.g. sports), team co-ordination and leadership, devising improvement programmes.
• Excellent farmer relationships.

• Grew up on a Wairarapa Sheep and Beef farm.
• Bachelor of Business Studies degree (Finance) - Massey, Palmerston North, NZ.
• 15 Years customer service experience, including administration and management roles in many fields including travel, outdoor adventure guiding, National Agricultural Fieldays, Farm Business Coaching.
• Has played key roles in developing and driving systemised office processes and customer service delivery.
• Skilled trainer in many fields including customer service, systems utilisation, administration tasks, outdoor education and instruction.
• Excellent farmer relationships.
