GrowFARM provides business coaching and analysis for drystock farmers, throughout New Zealand.
After a lifetime of involvement in the agricultural industry (including 6 years of Farm Business Coaching) it became clear to us that farmers needed a high quality system for clear decision making and providing some certainty of results. Farmers have often been told by the industry to just keep going, produce and it should all work out in the end. Many farmers control millions of dollars worth of asset and yet scrape a living and/or an average Return on Investment (in NZ) of around 2%. We feel that this is just wrong. As business people, you have to receive worthwhile reward for a well run business.
There needed to be a way for farmers to become business focused and take control of their own futures to generate what is most important for them and their families. If farmers don't do this for themselves, who else will? No-one!
Hence we designed the GrowFARM System to primarily develop the Farm Business Owner, making the system unique in the New Zealand Agricultural industry. We provide the tools and environment to help Farm Business Owners take business and personal leadership in creating great results!
This “way” of systemised development has been proven in many fields worldwide. The GrowFARM Team are experienced and successful in providing this type of system in the New Zealand Farming Industry.
